The photos and movies you take can be rescued either on SD as well as Compact flash cards. You can have both in the camera, but you can not employ both at the same time. also you have the OLYMPUS BLM-5 Battery.That you have to specify what one you want activated, so this feature is not fully applied yet. Ideally, it needs to be able to save data files on both cards concurrently, or to back these people up from one for the other. It would be nice to go derived from one of card to the other when the first one is full. It should not always be that hard to implement.

This DSLR is rugged and very well made. Olympus did a very good work with it, so you could have fun using it and you'll get very good colours and photos which can be crisp. also the OLYMPUS BLM-5 Battery did a nice work in this summer .Even the proven fact that it is big and heavy shows an advantage here, making it a nice experience, especially when combined with the big handgrip, the quality viewfinder and the auto focus system which is extremely fast. An additional nice thing about this photographic camera is its Live view screen, which is articulated and has a good resolution. It is nice to work with when you shoot through certain positions, as well as when you use a tripod.

I am shooting with the new Olympus E-5($1,699 street price) using the fantastic Olympus Zuiko 12-60mm f/2.8-4.0 Digital camera ED SWD Lens($899 road price). Talk about any DSLR that creates confidence when you keep it. The Olympus E-5 is often a solid machine. My own full review is posted on Macworld Journal if you want to see much more.and this OLYMPUS BLM-5 camera battery will make the camere powerful enough. In the meantime, here are my personal pros and cons for this flagship four/thirds DSLR from Olympus.For me 12 vs 20 MPs is not really important. Personally , the major Olympus problem is its vary bad large ISO performance compare to your competition (probably dur to its indicator size.
Also, I am afraid about the autofocus. I owne an e620 this also camera has a lot of troubles to focus in reduced light. It's obtaining worse (to not declare unusable) while the battery is half billed.
